Practice

Monday and Wednesday 7pm - 8:30pm at Richmond High School. There will be practice on Thursday 6pm - 8pm at the Richmond Recreation Center.

We are now accepting registration for Boy's and Girls ages 9 - 17. We are also taking sign ups for Pirvate Personal Work-outs. We have certified quailty personal trainers, with over 40 years esperience. Register Now!
